JIRA (firstname.lastname@example.org) will be down for maintenance tonight from 6pm until 10pm. The web interface will often be unavailable during that time. Any new requests you send to sysreq will be processed when the maintenance is complete.
8:44pm. The upgrade is complete. In general, the new version of JIRA seems to reply less immediately to new tickets, taking a few minutes longer than you may be used to.
