All of SMPH will be moving to platform R for high throughput/performance computing.
To prepare for this move, we’ve begun contacting large dataset users and groups to migrate data.

platform R uses the Spack application framework. Please see this tutorial to learn about using Spack –

and check out the platform R KB to learn about platformR and its tools.
CHTC also uses slurm and spack, so if you have some non-PHI data, you could run it there to kick the tires on those tools.
